Sanctuary is a Creating Safe Spaces Christian organisation.
Adam and Cath Osborne are the Apostolic Leaders and Co-founders of Sanctuary. They live to move the heart of God. Cath flows in a prophetic, shepherding and worship calling, focused wholeheartedly on intimacy with Jesus. Adam walks in the Apostle/Prophet calling with a heart for building up the body to maturity. They reside in the Blue Mountains Australia.

Sanctuary is supported by
devoted leaders, elders, prayer
and ministry teams.
We see leadership as a full restoration of the full-fold released in Ephesians 4. This is where apostolic, prophetic, evangelistic, shepherding and teaching cultures are in full functioning order within God’s kingdom. This is the only way to build each believer into maturity and devotion to Jesus.
We see it as linking arms and empowering people – the body of Christ. We see it as kingdom circles where inclusion and empowerment grow. As these circles ebb and flow, relationships deepen, transformation blossoms and renewal bursts forth.
We believe that devoting our lives to a Psalm 27:4 reality is the ultimate act of worship.
Michael and Esther Cowley are the Associate Leaders of Sanctuary. With decades of biblical, Holy Spirit filled and Apostolic/Prophetic experience, they love to equip sons and daughters in the truth and knowledge of the reality of who they are called to be. They are gifted teachers, move in their prophetic call and are mentors to the body of Christ.
